Camp Read-a-Rama Leadership Learning Path

Welcome to the Camp Read-A-Rama Leadership Certification Learning Path. This learning path is intended for appointed Site Directors and Program Facilitators (although those roles may be combined) who will lead the planning and execution of your organization's implementation of Read-a-Rama programming.

Note that implementations also require trained program staff and counselors-in-training (CITs), who will participate in camp activities. Separate learning paths are available for people in those roles.

In addition to the 11 content-rich courses included in this learning path, the leadership path also includes live onboarding and launch planning sessions. We also invite you to explore the Resources and Forum to get even more Read-a-Rama content and experiences.

In order to complete the learning path in time for your launch planning session, the following benchmarks are recommended to keep you on track to finish the learning path in that time. You can complete the course at a faster pace if desired.

Start of course: Onboarding live session
Weeks 1-2: finish 4 courses.
Week 3-4: finish 3 courses (7 total).
Weeks 5-6: finish 2 courses (9 total).
Weeks 7-8: finish 2 courses (11 total).
End of course: Launch Planning live session
