Description
Counselors-in-Training (CITs) are critical to the success of camp. In this course, you'll learn about the CIT role, characteristics of effective CITs, the benefits and challenges, as well as the skills and dispositions CITs acquire. You'll also get to hear from two CITs from this past summer's camp in Seattle, WA. You'll have the opportunity to participate in discussions about what skills and characteristics about you make you a great CIT. You will also get a chance to ask any questions you may still have about your responsibilities as a CIT. And to make sure you are ready to take on the CIT role, we ask you to upload a brief video of yourself describing what makes you a great CIT and what you expect to learn from the camp experience.
Objectives
